Missy Fredrickson

Missy Fredrickson is a 5th-generation Texan who knows what it means to live the lake life—she’s been doing it since she was young. Growing up on Lake Houston, she learned to swim and spent many nights camping and enjoying holidays with her family. She grew up with a large family in the countryside, and many of her clients look to make that life for themselves. Today she lives on Canyon Lake, helping people make their own lakeside memories in the areas she services: Canyon Lake, Lake Dunlap, Lake McQueeney, and Lake Placid in Seguin.

Missy began her real estate career in December 2020 amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Her husband was a realtor and encouraged her to pursue her license, and Missy had the tools to become the area’s paramount lake-based real estate agent.  

Her market knowledge, familiarity with the region, and experience as a homeowner make her an asset to buyers. Missy knows the area well, having lived on Canyon Lake since 2015. She designed, built, and remodeled homes in her lifetime. Her love for the lake and her passion for lake real estate has given her extensive knowledge of the home-buying process, and she knows “what’s important in a well-built, solid home.”

How does Missy live the lake lifestyle? She enjoys boating, tubing, and skiing, but her favorite thing to do is wake surf. Her lake home has hosted family reunions and weekends with friends, but it has also served as a place for children to play and enjoy the lake. For more than three decades, the lake has been a place to gather and celebrate life. What used to be Missy’s weekend getaway on Canyon Lake, she now calls home.
