Marie Skillern

Marie Skillern started her real estate career in 2005. It made such an impact on her life she remembers the exact day it began. She was most interested in meeting new people and digging into the ins and outs of the real estate field. 

Marie quickly learned that clients are looking for an honest agent who asks the hard questions for their benefit. And Marie is that agent. Providing clients with homes that make them happy is what inspires her in this field. She considers it the greatest compliment when they say, “I couldn’t have done this without you.” 

She then grew up in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. But being on the water is nothing new for Marie, as she was born in Tampa, Florida. However, 36 years ago, she put her flag in Killen, Alabama. She is proud to call the city of Killen her home, where she now sells on Wheeler Lake, Pickwick Lake, and more in the surrounding areas. 

She loves being close to her daughters and grandkids. Marie loves spending time with her family, holding those relationships close, paddleboarding, and gardening when she’s not servicing her clientele.

Creating relationships with her clients is noted as one of the special parts of being a real estate agent for Marie.
