Terry and Sherrie Norton are a husband and wife duo who have been licensed real estate agents since 2008. They have a deep passion for helping others fulfill their dream of owning a lake property. When they’re not working, Terry and Sherrie love spending time on the lake. One of their favorite pastimes is relaxing with their family on their pontoon boat. They believe that spending time on the water is not only peaceful and rejuvenating but it also allows for quality family time.

Sherrie Norton

As someone who grew up on lakes, Sherrie knows the ins and outs of lake life. Raised on the lake in Carrollton, Georgia, Sherrie’s childhood was filled with adventures on the water. This comes with thanks to her father’s love for bass fishing and tournament fishing. Growing up with siblings, Sherrie’s childhood was a perfect blend of fun and chaos. Her family’s love for the outdoors meant that they spent most of their time on the lake, fishing, swimming, and boating. Outside of work, Sherrie enjoys taking long walks, reading books, and enjoying the peace and quiet that comes with being close to nature.

In addition to her love of the outdoors, Sherrie also has a passion for helping people find their dream homes. After obtaining her real estate license, she began her career as a realtor and has been helping clients navigate the buying and selling process ever since. Her deep knowledge of the local market and her commitment to exceptional customer service has made her a trusted advisor to many in the community.

Terry Norton

Terry Norton is a man who has always had a love for the water. Although he didn’t grow up on the lake, some of his fondest memories are of fishing with his dad. Terry grew up in Carrollton, Georgia, as one of three brothers, and there was always plenty of activity in their home. He played baseball throughout school and eventually went on to attend Georgia State Patrol trooper school.

After dedicating 25 years of his life to serving in the Georgia State Patrol, Terry decided it was time for a change. He and his wife moved to Lake Wedowee and became real estate agents. This allowed them to combine their love for the water with their passion for helping others.

When Terry isn’t working, he enjoys restoring cars and spending time on the lake with his family.  Terry’s unwavering commitment to service and integrity are qualities that have translated seamlessly into his real estate career. He dedicates his time to providing his clients with the highest level of service possible, always going above and beyond to meet their needs.
