An Alabama native, Nicole Anderson understands Southern lake living. She’s lived as south as the Gulf and as far north as Gadsden, but Birmingham and Logan Martin have been her home for as long as she remembers. Nicole has a passion for adventure and is ready to guide you through “The Gateway to Logan Martin.”

Building relationships and helping others comes as naturally to Nicole as breathing. Her parents valued giving back to others and their community, and Nicole lives by these standards today. She loves her city, her lake, and her people. Whether through real estate or volunteering, she helps her town wherever possible. To live authentically is a challenge but one that Nicole is willing to take on. She isn’t there simply for the sale but to make sure the sale or purchase of a client’s home is painless, easy, and the right choice for them. Former clients will testify to her ability to find positive solutions. People usually buy or sell homes at significant moments in their lives, and an agent who cares is invaluable.

Before Nicole began her career in real estate, she worked in restaurant management on the Gulf Coast. Watching and passing by condos and hotels under construction inspired her to pursue a new career path, and she began taking real estate classes at night until achieving her license at 24.

So what do days on Logan Martin Lake look like for Nicole? They look similar to how they did when she was young: skiing, tubing, and boat cruising. Growing up on Logan Martin, Nicole remembers family fun and fishing trips with her father. Days on the lake are incomplete without family, and they enjoy boating to Pirate Island, grabbing snow cones, throwing parties, and eating at their favorite lakeside restaurants—The Back Porch Grill and Piece of the Pie. She spends as much time with family as possible and is grateful that so much of her extended family lives near the lake. When she’s not at the lake, Nicole can be found working, reading, and traveling—but she likes it best on the water.

A lifetime of experience gives her a unique perspective and approach while helping her clients. This means Tracy is able to provide insightful guidance to her clients to assist them in not only choosing which house they want, but where it is.

Tracy has always been bound to the lake and has a lifetime of memories of the lake with her family. To start, she was raised on Neely Henry Lake. Later in life, she raised her daughter on Lake Martin. Today, she enjoys taking her three grandchildren to the lake. Her family loves any lake activity, but especially enjoys going out on the pontoon together. Her deep love for the lake also makes her job even more enjoyable.

Before Tracy became a real estate agent, she worked as the Residential Association Manager at Stillwaters on Lake Martin. While in that position, some of the residents encouraged her to take up real estate. As a result, she began her real estate career in 2003. The new career also gave her an excuse to look at houses, something she has always enjoyed.

Being a realtor in her home gives Tracy a passion for both her work and the area. She believes this passion provides an unparalleled benefit to her clients. Her passion ensures that her clients are not only happy but comfortable along the journey. As a real estate agent, Tracy loves guiding clients through one of their most important decisions, buying a house.

When Tracy isn’t selling houses, you can find her spending time with her family. Whether they are on the lake, camping, or playing ball with their Border Collie, she and her family love being together. If you need information about Neely Henry Lake or the surrounding area, be sure to ask Tracy!
