Before venturing into real estate, Melinda held diverse roles, including delivering mail as a rural carrier, importing vehicles from Canada, and tending bar in local hotspots, expanding her network of acquaintances. Transitioning to a full-time real estate agent in August 2018, Melinda’s affinity for Lake Ontario and its smaller neighboring lakes is ingrained in her DNA, having lived around them her entire life, providing a unique understanding of the area.
