Kristie Anderson
Born and raised in Elloree, South Carolina, Kristie Anderson knows Lakes Marion and Moultrie and understands their community impact. For example, when the Department of Transportation announced in the Summer of 2022 that the Lake Marion pedestrian bridge would be reopened, Kristie was one of the first to disperse the information and spark excitement in her community. Her key strength as a realtor is her local involvement and expertise.
Kristie did not initially plan to become a real estate agent. However, in 2013, when her former job hours were reduced, she decided to transform her love for beautiful homes into a lifelong career. Nonetheless, the process was not easy for Kristie. She entered a South Carolina market locked in a standstill, and not until nine months later did she make her first sale.
Kristie’s tenacity sustained her through the tumultuous time. Today she realizes that the nine-month delay benefited her, as she had time to understand her market more profoundly. In the past decade, Kristie has succeeded as a realtor. In 2021, she won the Top Producing Agent award.
Although she has little free time, Kristie loves spending days on the boat or kayaking with family and friends. She is proud to come from a big Southern family and prioritizes spending time with her loved ones. She lives by the philosophy, “we work hard so we can play hard.”
Unlike some agents, Kristie sees her work as more than just a living. She understands that in each sale, she not only deals with someone’s finances and life savings but also assists them in taking their next important step. A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Russell Anderson grew up near the shores he services today. As a child, he enjoyed splashing in the water from the beautiful beaches of South Carolina. Later, his uncle taught him how to surf and read the tides. Today, he knows how to ride the waves of the real estate market.
Now a full-time agent, Russell has immersed himself in the real estate business for nearly twenty years. Formerly in his career, he flipped houses with an investor and eventually procured his contractor’s license to learn the ins and outs of renovations. Understanding the approach to home restorations not only granted him insights into the buying and selling process but also heightened his passion for real estate.
Russell’s wife, Kristie, became the first sales agent in their family, and her success inspired him to pursue lake real estate. Russell has always valued finding the intersection between a client’s wish list and the reality of their budget. He is a dreamer at heart and believes that the ideal home can always be found if pursued with expertise and tenacity.

In his free time, he kayaks, boats, fishes, and works as a professional entertainer. And at any given time, you can find Russell learning a new magic trick for an upcoming show.
