John Franklin

John Franklin is a licensed home builder and real estate agent who began his career in the industry in April 2012. He was inspired to become a real estate agent after working in the home building industry since 1986. John’s favorite part of being a real estate agent is selling properties on the beautiful Lake Martin.

Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, John’s father retired from the Air Force when he was 14. Growing up, he traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe. In 2004, John moved to Lake Martin, where he has enjoyed lake life ever since.

John has spent the last 53 years creating numerous memories on Lake Martin, with hundreds of them being spent with his four daughters. A day at the lake for John consists of traveling to various areas of Lake Martin as a realtor and licensed home builder. His favorite lake hobbies include boating and fishing.

When John is not working, he enjoys spending time with his four daughters. He firmly believes in always exceeding expectations and takes a personal and friendly approach to business. His extensive knowledge of the area sets him apart from other real estate agents, making him an ideal choice for anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Lake Martin area.
