Greg Adams

Greg Adams is a Montgomery native who knows his lakes—Martin, Jordan, and the Alabama River—like the back of his hand. Greg also understands that lake homes are not simply houses; they are filled with meaningful moments and where family memories are made. Greg is committed to creating unique solutions for his clients and believes no two are the same.

After 30 years of developing his family’s auto business, Greg turned his sights toward real estate. Greg started selling properties in 2015 on the lakes around Montgomery, an area he was already familiar with. Growing up on Lake Martin, Greg fondly remembers picnicking and spending time with his family on Sand Island, and he recalls learning to barefoot ski on the smooth waters of Lake Jordan. This upbringing gave him the tools to be a successful real estate agent. Operating on these lakes eventually led him to Lake Homes Realty, where he would further hone his talents.

A self-professed workaholic who loves a challenge, Greg is always on the job. He’s prepared to meet clients and answer questions throughout the day. Greg treats his clients as he would want to be treated. Greg prioritizes helping people get what they want at the right price. As a lake-based real estate agent, he knows what these homes are worth, and his previous career experience has taught him the importance of reaching a fair deal for his clients. From start to finish, Greg makes his mission clear to his clientele: “Take care of your people, make friends with your clients, and build trust.” 

Greg’s days on the lake haven’t changed much from his youth, as he continues to love skiing, boating, and night fishing. When not on the water, he can be found golfing on the green or hunting. However, he puts it best when he says, “I’d rather be on the water.”
