Cereice Morris

West Tennessee born and raised, Cereice Morris spends all her free time on the local waters. She and her husband, Chris, love working for Lake Homes Realty, which has provided them the opportunity to move to the lake full-time. They currently live in a lake home on 31 acres in a quiet cove of the Tennesee River. Cereice also services Lakes Kentucky, Barkley, and Pickwick. 

As a child, Cereice grew up in a small town on a 27-acre farm in a house her family built. They grew their own produce and spent many days traveling and camping. Cereice understands the merit of small-town living, and today, she fosters a love for the local lake life in all her clients. 

Before becoming a full-time real estate agent, Cereice worked in the automotive business. However, during these years, she bought and sold investment properties, adding up to 25 years of real estate experience. Her background, combined with her love for the local lakes, makes her the ideal lake real estate expert. 

Cereice values fostering relationships and forging new connections in her community. She and her husband are well-known in the river communities and marinas, and the locals often come to them for advice concerning nearby properties. One of her favorite things about being an agent is introducing new residents to the locals. For Cereice, nothing compares to the feeling of welcoming newcomers to the vibrant lake lifestyle and community in West Tennessee.
