Jeff Titsworth is a seasoned realtor with a deep connection to the Midwest, specifically the states of Indiana and Illinois. Prior to his successful career in real estate, Jeff gained valuable experience in the banking and lending industry. However, it was his venture into house flipping that ignited his true passion for selling properties.
With almost four decades of marital bliss under his belt, Jeff and his wife have built a fulfilling life together. Alongside their two children, they cherish the company of their beloved pets—a black lab and a German shorthair—who keep them constantly engaged. Also, the family shares a common love for lake activities, including fishing, boating, and Jeff’s personal favorite, waterfowl hunting.
For nearly 30 years, Jeff and his wife have had the joy of calling the lake their home. This unique experience has made Jeff a genuine expert in all things lake-related. Additionally, from participating in various bass tournaments to being raised on the lake itself, Jeff Titsworth possesses an intimate understanding of his clients’ desires when it comes to finding their dream lake property.

Additionally, with over 30 years of competitive fishing experience on the very lakes he now specializes in, Rick has developed an unparalleled knowledge of Indianapolis lakes, treating them as if they were his own backyard. His unwavering dedication to spending countless hours on the lakes has truly made him an expert in his field.
During his well-deserved downtime, Rick enjoys indulging in his favorite pastimes, including fishing, passionately cheering for the Indianapolis Colts during football games, and embracing all the remarkable experiences that lakes have to offer.
