2. The Islands: Several islands in the lake offer prime spots to target largemouth bass and other freshwater species. The islands typically have a breakline that attracts fish and baitfish. 
3. The Narrows: This narrow channel connects Lake Buchanan to Lake LBJ. The area is known for its sizable striped bass population. Many fish reside here or pass by looking for a quick bite to eat.
