Bruce Jones is a seasoned and passionate Lake Homes Realty broker specializing in the stunning lakefront properties of Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan, Inks Lake, and Lake Marble Falls. Growing up in Slaton, West Texas, Bruce developed a deep connection to the outdoors, with fond memories of childhood vacations at Lake LBJ. Whether it was swinging on a tire swing over the Colorado River or setting out trotlines with his grandfather to catch catfish, Bruce’s love for these lakes has only grown over the years.
Before diving into real estate, Bruce built an impressive career in the grocery business, working with industry giants like Kroger and HEB. His roles ranged from fresh meat buyer to store director, where he honed his skills in customer service, management, and community engagement.
Bruce’s intimate knowledge of the lakes he serves is unparalleled. He understands the unique characteristics of each cove and channel, offering invaluable insights to his clients. Bruce’s approach to real estate is more than just transactions; he sells the lake lifestyle, helping families create memories that will last a lifetime.
Living on Lake LBJ since 2015, Bruce enjoys everything the lake has to offer, from sunset cruises and waterfront dining to exhilarating days spent skiing, tubing, and jet skiing with his family. With five children, nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, Bruce cherishes the time spent with his loved ones, whether on the water or around the dinner table.

A Dallas native, Nancy Monts-Lium always knew she’d end up in Austin. A graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in psychology and a recipient of several real estate recognitions and awards, Nancy is a practiced professional. Having honed her craft through years of experience, she’s cemented herself as the premier realtor for eastern Highland Lakes Travis, Lady Bird, and Austin.
Real estate is no simple business, but Nancy welcomes the challenge. Before her move to lake life and residential real estate in 2006, she worked successfully in commercial real estate. Nancy doesn’t just sell lake life—she lives it! She knows what to do on the lake and loves showing her clients all the perks that lake life offers. Among her favorite things about working in real estate is the opportunity to help people make their dream homes realities and maintain newfound friendships with her clients.
Nancy is connected to the lake in more ways than one, both professionally and personally. The lake is where she first met her in-laws, where she got married, and where she vacations. Her travels have taken her from the icy Canadian north to the tropical heat of the Bahamas. Whether it’s freshwater or salt, she’s seasoned when it comes to being on the water. On any given lake day, you can find Nancy swimming, boating, or visiting one of many on-the-water restaurants with her family.
Nancy spends as much time with loved ones as she can. Holidays with her husband, daughter, and two grandsons are always celebrated together with lots of food and laughs.

Lonestar state native from Dallas, Texas, Lorilee Broderson, is a woman of the people. Although her family settled in Texas for the longest period, she considers the world her home since her parents were missionaries in Colombia and Mexico. A fun fact about Lorilee: she’s bilingual and loves to travel. Her ideal vacation spot is the beach or the lake.
Lorilee began in real estate management and marketing in 1989 and used this experience to smooth her transition to becoming a real estate agent. Lorilee was told she would be a great real estate agent and should become one by her former boss while developing apartment communities. Given her success with Lake Homes Realty, her boss was right! Lorilee amounts a lot of her success to her persistence in finding solutions for clients, even when there appears to be none. She is passionate about listening to clients and finding the perfect lake home to better their lives.
Lorilee has many other passions. She is a music enthusiast and loves attending concerts with her husband. Lorilee and her husband also love spoiling their sweet dog Buddy and taking him on walks. In addition to her hobbies and impacting the real estate industry, she’s constantly trying to positively change the world by going on mission trips through her church with her husband.
Lorilee’s love for the lake began at six years old when her family lived in a lakeside community in Columbia, South Carolina. Her fondest memories were her endless days of swimming and running barefoot as a child. Today, you can catch Lorliee living her best life on the lake by sunbathing, swimming, and grilling.
