Hello, my name is Bruce Hayhoe, Jr.. I have been in the real estate business since 1981 and having specialized in recreational properties throughout West Central Wisconsin for over 11 years. Woods and Water Realty, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Bruce and Glenna Hayhoe, Sr. My Mother's family orginally helped pioneer Chippewa County. Having been raised in Chippewa Falls my parents returned to build Woods & Water Realty and because of their appreciation for this area and an interest in providing professional service of uttmost quality to our real estate friends.
I joined the company in 1991 and have specialized in recreational properties throughout this area plus have expanded into residential, commercial, development, subdivisions, and Real Esate consulting.
I serve on many civic boards in hopes of protecting the integrity of the area, while still serving the needs of this ever-growing dynamic county.
