Fantastic Vacant Waterfront in NW Wisconsin

Wisconsin Waterfront Real Estate
Siren, Spooner, Shell Lake, Minong, Danbury, Grantsburg, Webb Lake, Gordon

Siren, Wisconsin is just out of reach to most commuters from the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. That, combined with its pretty lakes, is what makes it a great getaway from the fast pace in this quiet little resort town. Grantsburg, Wisconsin, just to the west, is situated along the Upper St. Croix River Valley, and is a wildlife haven.

To the north and east of Siren, are almost limitless lakes all the way to Hayward. The towns of Spooner and Shell Lake are hotbeds of tourism, summer homes, and increasing lakefront real estate prices. Nice lake cabins and lake homes move quickly, so contact a good waterfront real estate specialist that can help you with your needs in this popular area of Northwest Wisconsin.

Off the Breakwall

Siren, Wisconsin: The Gandy Dancer Recreational Trail passes through here on its way from St. Croix Falls to Superior. An odd name to many, its origin came from the Gandy Tool Company who supplied the railroad tools needed on this line in earlier days, and the swinging movement of those workers who maintained the railroad lines.
