Dawn was born in Manchester, New Hampshire,raised in Charleston, South Carolina, an Air Force brat. Following in her father’s footsteps, she too joined the Air Force spending some time out West in South Dakota. After leaving the military she moved back to NH where she received her BS degree from the University of NH and her MA degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch New England Graduate School. After years of counseling she decided it was time for a change and went into real estate, quickly finding out that the skills learned in counseling transferred very nicely into sales. In her 6 years of selling real estate she has come to learn that it is all about the art of listening and understanding the needs of people and helping them meet those needs! She moved to North Carolina to get away from the hectic pace and cold winters of the Northeast. She and her husband, Dwight, are looking forward to building in Plantation Pointe on Lake Hickory in the near future and showing their son the magnificence of lake living. Dawn is passionate about her work and believes success is not measured by how much we get, but by how much we give.
