Mons Lake Developers has taken more than a year to prepare for the immediate impact as well as future impact on the site. We have been and continue to work hand in hand with State, County, Soil Water management and our well established team of engineers and surveyors to meet and or exceed all requirements for Lake Shore development. Great care has been taken as not to disturb the river and Lake Frontage on the site. Over the past year Mons Lake Developers has planted and transplanted over 3,000 trees on the project site and will continue to maintain and improve the development for the future. Located at the entrance is a granite sign with two loons which is a symbol of our love for the lake and the two amazing State birds that occupy it each and every year.
