After more than ten wonderful years as a salesperson, I have established my own Real Estate Company: LaPoint Realty, specializing in Waterfront Property on Chazy Lake and Chateauguay Lake.

We are a full service real estate company. My daughter, a licensed real estate salesperson will be handling the rental aspect of the business, and my son Marty is available for property management, maintance, including camp closings, dock removal, electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior painting etc.

Perhaps the greatest benefit to buyers and sellers is that as natives of Chazy Lake we know the area, are qualified in determining and solving problems unique to waterfront property, and are available seven days a week, nights and weekends.


Four generations of our family live here, so our knowledge and pride are great assets when introducing people to the area.

Chazy and Chateaugay Lakes are ideally situated about an hour from the exciting city of Montreal and the Lake Placid Whiteface Mountain region, which hosts spectacular winter sports and worldwide events. The Casino is also only an hour away.

Nestled among the Adirondack Mountains this area offers opportunities for hiking, fishing, boating, skiing and is a step off point for some of the best snowmobiling in the area.
