Eleven years ago I moved from the deserts of Nevada to Minnesota, using Dan Anderson from Lakehomes.com Realty to help us find our dream property on Chisago Lake. That started my love for lakeshore. After retiring as an Air Traffic Controller at the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport, I decided to try and help others fulfill their dream.

My experience as a Mayor, City Councilman, and Planning Commission member has given me an in depth knowledge of zoning, subdivision, variances, and DNR regulations that can affect your ability to sell lakeshore property as well as your ability to enjoy it after you purchase your own. I am licensed as a Realtor in both Wisconsin and Minnesota and advertise in each state expanding your possibilities to find a buyer for your property.

As an avid pilot, snowmobiler, and outdoorsman, I have had the pleasure of visiting most of the lakes in the East Central Minnesota and Western Wisconsin area. My favorite area lakes are Balsam, Bone, and Deer Lakes in Wisconsin and the Chisago Area Lakes in Minnesota. Because most people do not want to limit their search or marketing to a single lake or area, I do everything I can to learn about all the lakes, and collect literature on each of these lakes to pass this knowledge on to you. I have had the honor of meeting fellow lakeshore owners from the Hayward Lakes Area to Sturgeon Lake to the Twin Cities Metro Area Lakes and often use their knowledge of their own lakes to help me do my job better.
