Situated an hour north of the famous (and busier) towns of Lake Placid and Saranac Lake, and an hour south of the bustling city of Montreal, lies a virtually unknown waterfront area of the Adirondacks in the shadows of majestic Lyon Mountain. The lakes called Chateaugay and Chazy are serene like mountain lakes should be, with camps and cottages - many FROM a bygone era - sporadically dotting the densely wooded shoreline.

Unlike our neighbors in the Olympic Region to the south, real estate prices here have remained quite low. But as more people wander up this way in search of their "little slice of heaven," it's just a matter time until that changes.

I'm Dan Waldron and I specialize in waterfront and scenic properties throughout this Northern Adirondack Region. Through many years of real estate experience I have gotten to know the Northern Adirondacks well, and I enjoy passing that information along to others. Whether you need help with construction, or just a tip on a good fishing spot, I can normally give a pretty good answer.
